At Fastener SuperStore, we carry three styles of square nuts. Regular Square Nuts; Heavy Square Nuts and Machine Screw Square Nuts.
Regular Style Square Nuts feature a washer-faced top side, and a flat or chamfered bottom. We carry this style from 1/4-20 up to size 1 1/2-6.
Heavy Square Nuts also feature a washer-faced top side, and a flat or chamfered bottom, but are wider and thicker than the regular style. These come from size 1/2-13 up to 7/8-9.
Finally, Machine Screw Square Nuts are completely flat on both the top and the bottom. They are designed to be the best option to use with machine screws. This style is available from size 2-56 up to 3/8-16.
